The neighbors baby has been crying for two days straight. They keep their door open so that they can watch the older children play in the breezeway, so I can hear it in my apartment. It’s not really annoying, but it has me thinking……I should be getting used to this sound! Call me crazy, but I almost think it’s kinda cute, lol.

The way that she is totally committed to screaming, consistently, without abandon is actually rather admirable! She’s not yet at the age where babies cry just because they can do it, so there is obviously something bothering her. I think she’s probably colickly. Poor little one.

Izzy little kicks feel more like BIG kicks these days. I can feel her growing and getting stronger and stronger every day. It’s pretty awesome! If I rest my hand of my stomach, if she is awake she will respond to me, by jabbing at my hand, or rolling, or pilates, or whatever it is she’s in there doing. It’s as if she’s saying “Hey, Mama! I know you’re out there!” I can even see my whole belly move when she moves, which is pretty cool, and also a little creepy looking, lol.

Im getting more and more impatient as the days go by. I’m so ready to meet my little princess Isabella! She has 3 more months of baking to do though, so I will have to wait!
We haven’t started doing any shopping for her yet, since we are still in our apartment and room is VERY limited. We did go ahead and buy the crib though, since we saw the one we wanted on sale! We had to snatch it up! We’re still gonna go with a ladybug theme for her room, and I can’t wait to be able to paint and get her nursery ready. I’ll be sure to share it with you guys when it’s ready!
