182.8. That’s where I stand. 1.4lbs gained, from my lowest weight since I had Izzy. Not that bad, considering I’ve worked out maybe twice in the last 2 weeks, and haven’t really been watching my calories as I should. In any case, it’s not great, but not the end of the world. I have my schedules and everything in place, schedules that work, so I shouldn’t have any issues this week! My goal? To burn at least 2000 calories, and to eat no more than 2000 calories a day. According to the calorie needs calculator, I need 2600 to maintain my weight. So, by cutting 600 calories a day, and burning 2000 a week, it SHOULD translate into a weight loss of close to 2 lbs this week. We shall see. In all honesty, I would like to cut back to about 1700, but as I’m still (partially) breastfeeding, I don’t think that would be the best idea in the world for me. It would be an additional .5 lb weight loss, but breastfeeding for as long as I can is more important to me than snatching the weight off quickly. PLUS I probably burn that 300 a day breastfeeding anyway. I’m tired of thinking about the math though! Anyway, good luck this week ladies!
