I restarted the Couch to 5K this morning! Byron had expressed a desire to begin lifting weights again, 3 days a week, and he invited me to come along with him in the mornings. I figured that since I would be going, I may as well go with a purpose! So I decided to pick up C25K, and I was able to find a great app in the Android marketplace, called ExerTime, that had the C25K program pre-loaded into it! How convenient is that?
I will be continuing the 30 Day Shred program (if I can stay un-injured/out of the Dr’s office long enough to do so! Seriously, it seems like every time I get really serious about working out, something crazy happens!), every day, and incorporating the 5k program 3 days a week. I need to find a race to sign up for now!
