Yeah that’s a totally random, completely exaggerated week number, but ehhhh. Woke up this morning feeling awful. Throat sore, nose stuffy. But I told myself that it was going to be a good day anyway. So I got dressed, got Izzy dressed, and we hit the gym!
And now I’m wondering if that was a mistake. I feel AWFUL. I was all excited about starting week two of couch25k this morning, but I spent the whole workout wishing I was at home, in the bed. But I did it, and I’m proud of myself for not making it an excuse to workout. Because y’all know,i will turn a chipped nail into a reason to stay on butt. With that being said though, today was a day I probably should have honestly sat out, and just gone tuesday, wednesday, friday.
And oh yeah,i still need to do my 30 day shred later today. bleh.
I have no weight update because I don’t have the strength to get up right now, lol.
