Not like that. Stop being nasteee, lol! I’m talking about in the kitchen! I’ve been thinking about food a lot lately, and as I read new recipes, and watch things like Top Chef, I realize just how many different varieties of herbs and spices there are, and how these can be combined in SO many different ways to create new flavors, and add variety to every day dishes. I think I put garlic and black pepper on just about everything I cook. I use ginger a lot, and basil sometimes, but I realize that my knowledge of how all these flavors works together is pretty limited! I think I might start picking up something new every week, and incorporating it into my meals. I’m trying to lead us away from salt, and pick up things that are good for us to replace it! I love trying new things, and the last thing I want is to cook boring food for the rest of my life, lol! I also want Izzy to grow up with a very diverse palette, so I know that it starts with diversifying ours! I think the most exotic spice in my cabinet is Tandoori Masala, which I bought for a particular recipe that I tried. It wasnt very good, but I still have a full jar of a ($10!!!) spice that I would like to use!
