Well, it’s been quite a while since I’ve done one of these, hasnt it? Izzy has really grown a lot, just in the last few months. She is saying and doing a lot!
Ah, where to start? Izzy can accurately use about 50 (maybe more) words. She can say her numbers 1-14, and everything after 14 is, well, 14 again, lol! She can say her abc’s, and is starting to recognize some of them. She offers affection on her own. She ran in just a minute ago to tell me “luh you so mush” (love you so much) and give me a hug. She asks for a nap when she gets sleepy. She demands food when she’s hungry. It’s really hard to see her as a baby sometimes, instead of a little girl.
Uh, nonexistent, lol! I really, really don’t want to push her before she’s ready, but I think that time may be drawing near. She tells me when she’s “poop-pooped”, and she requests “booty-changes” (which is totally my fault, for referring to diaper changes as getting a “new booty” lmbo!!) She follows me to the bathroom and sits on her potty too, so at least she’s no longer afraid of it!
Izzy loves, and I do mean LOVES her personal hygiene, lmbo! Brushing her teeth, washing her “hams”(hands), putting on lotion, taking baths. She loves it all. If only I could get her to love washing her face and getting her hair done!
Izzy is totally in her element when she’s outside. She loves the feel of the grass on her feet, and wind in her face. She has a little trike that has tall handlebars on the bike for adult to push, while she (tries) to use the pedals. Her legs arent quite long enough to use the pedals yet, but she still loves to be taken for a ride around the neighborhood on it.
She is super attached to her lovies, Violet the dog and Frank the bee. Pretty much inseperable. She also loves books, and building towers with her mega-bloks.
