So, I’m 5’8″ 190lbs. Ok. I used (several) tools online to calculate my BMI. It’s 28.9. That’s 1.1 points from the obesity range. I had a lot of emotions about that. I need to lose about 30 lbs to be in the healthy weight range for my height. And that, my friends, makes me want a large burger, fries, a fruity soda, and a generous slice of vanilla bean cheesecake. Yep.
