It’s 23 degrees here right now. But according to my app, it “feels like” 16…..O_o I understand heat index and all of that, but dagnabbit, if it “feels like” 16 freaking degrees, that’s what it is!
I woke up to 19 sales of my novel, Love and Other Things. This makes me feel all tingly! I can’t thank you all enough for your support!
We had breakfast at Cracker Barrel yesterday, and I didn’t have pancakes. Yay for good decisions! I’m right on the threshold of a ten pound weight loss, and I don’t want to do anything to sabotage that.
She won’t let me get pictures of them, but Zoe’s top front teeth have come in, and it’s adorable. I know baby teeth aren’t a real indication, but we’re sure she’ll need braces if the huge gap between them persists into childhood.
I couldn’t get the (free) location I wanted for Izzy’s party, so we’re just gonna be doing it here at our house. I didn’t want to do it at my own home because I didn’t want to clean up after, but it’s really practical, so oh well. I won’t have to transport a bunch of food and decorations, I can use all the time I need to set up and clean up. The kids can play in the garage, which we’ll clean and decorate, if it’s too cold for them to use the play set outside. We’ll make this Lalaloopsy party work!
I’m so glad this semester is almost over. I’m so sick of school. With a million credit hours left to earn. *heavy sigh* at least I’ll have great grades!
We watched “The Heat” and “Pacific Rim” this weekend. Pacific Rim was a little slow, but we enjoyed it. The Heat, on the other hand, was absolutely hilarious!
