First, I made myself a little salad. 1/2 cup tomato, 1/2 cup cucumber, and a bit of onion. I know the protocol says not to mix veggies, but I’ve read that most people mix anyway, with no issues. If I notice that it becomes a problem, I’ll stop mixing. Anywho, then I cut up my 100g of chicken, and threw it in a skillet with a little water.
I seasoned with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
I let all of the water cook out so that it could sear a little, and then pulled out a few leaves of romaine lettuce.
Voila! Lettuce wraps! I used my salad as topping for the wraps, and then just at the extra alone. This was really yummy, and actually pretty filling! For 194 calories for the whole thing, this may be lunch staple even after the diet!
